Common issues and solutions
App won't start
Try clearing the app cache: Settings → Apps → SafeGuard → Storage → Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, reinstall the app.
High battery usage
Go to SafeGuard Settings → Battery → Enable "Battery saver mode". This reduces scan frequency while maintaining protection.
Scan stuck
Force stop the app and restart. If scanning is slow, ensure you have enough free storage space (at least 500MB recommended).
False positive
If SafeGuard flags a safe app as malware, you can add it to the whitelist. Please also report it to us so we can improve detection.
